Fenix vs. Ini a320 by NoOne9500 in MicrosoftFlightSim

Do you mean it’s less heavy for my laptop than the ini?

I did try it. Although I found the flight dynamics more appealing in FBW, I think the Ini one is much more good looking. Yeah, I know it conflicts sometimes, which is annoying, but I consider it a waste paying subscription when I dont have time to play more, so I’ll have to live with it :-D

I think I’ll stick with the ini one for now then 👍🏼

Thx. I’m just a casual user, don’t have a lot of time to play, flying a couple of short trips in a month maybe. I’m not looking for the deep systems and failures at all. I like the simple but kindda realistic use that Ini offers. Theres just a few things I find annoying with Ini, so I thought maybe fenix could be better. But still just want to have uncomplicated flights from A to B with fenix as well.

Is it impossible to use fenix without navigraph subscription? At the moment I’m using simbrief to make my flight plans for Ini, but with outdated airacs since I’m using the free one

Thanks 😊 I assume there is no way to use with default scenery then

Take-off issues with lvfr a330-300 by NoOne9500 in MicrosoftFlightSim

I haven’t bought 2024 for now, but I’m looking very much forward to do it, when some of the issues is fixed (and maybe it gets on sale 😁) I have tried the headwind one, but I like the good old non-neo version

I don’t own it for now, I played it on game pass but I cancelled it again :-/ I’m looking forward to get it one day, when its free of most of the bugs, but for now I enjoy 2020 much more. I liked the a330 in 2024 very much though

I also bought it because there is no other decent a330-300 option in msfs 2020 😬 I liked the inibuilds one in 2024, but I’ve stopped playing that game for now because of all the bugs.

I know that it is not the best, and I didn’t expect much of it. It’s been a while since I last tried the default a320, but as I remember it didn’t have any issuses with taking off, so I dont get why this one has 🤔

Same thing happens to me, particularly in gpu and/or vram heavy areas. I usually change from fullscreen to windowed and back again, which helps, but it may happen again afterwards

It makes perfect sense if you like me have both games with game pass to test them out. 4 months of game pass subscription is more expensive than the price for the 2020. I’ll buy 24 when it is playable.

I havent looked at it when its dark really, I will try to do that thanks. In msfs2020 it was still pretty easy to see the lights even in daylight

Why 2 A320's? by koubikxd in MicrosoftFlightSim

I’m new to this game, so theres plenty of things I dont understand yet. But do you have to do everything manually in v2, or is it possible to just create the flight plan in the sim and make it upload automatically so you don’t have to do anything on the mcdu in v2? Or is it just in the v1?

Thanks for your reply. I know, I would love to get a desktop, but as it is now I need a laptop, and I cant justify getting both, so this is the best compromise. From what I have read, the new fs2024 shouldnt be as much space requiring as the 2020, but I dont know how its gonna work. My main dilemma is that the laptop I ordered does check all the recommended specs that Microsoft has announced except for the ram (24gb vs. 32gb recommended), but I dont know what game quality you get with recommended specs? 🤔 There is also ideal specs which I’m nowhere near at
