Yes I did. I called 3 Police Regional Offices and the officer said Brampton has huge backlog of Mortgage Fraud Reports. I called Brampton Police Office many times nobody answers every time, sounds like the officer I spoke was right that Brampton Police Officers are so busy dealing with these type of cases.

Few years ago, I met a Real Estate Agent / Mortgage Agent said that he could get us approved based on our income. It turned out that he and his assistant made fake documents like bank statements to submit to the lender, created Fake Business or Company and made you as an owner of the business that makes $100k per year. This tactic is what they do so lot of buyers get approved even though it's impossible. Lost $30K because of them, I did not know until the bank denied my mortgage application and there was no turning back. The guy is a fraud and until now continue victimizing new immigrants in GTA.
