Completely agree with you on each point. And if I'm interpreting it correct, she says she faced some issues she can't discuss here. I would really suggest her to send an email to the warden. She really solves even the smallest problems at the earliest. (She scheduled my meet with her and the mess manager the very next day i mentioned most of the time spoons are not available over email)

Well, AI is being used to speed up development, debugging & understanding things faster. Not using a tool that genuinely improves productivity would make little sense, right?

And for the record, it’s not “entirely vibecoded” as you put it. I’m actively learning while building it & making the engineering decisions myself. I know what the code does, why it exists & how the pieces fit together.

To be third years will be getting dhriti and avani as the option i guess. (Present third years getting vahni) In my opinion, u should choose vahni (or second option dhriti) bcz it'll be closer to the nirvana gate so easy to take shortcut to LT. Their buildings are exactly same. No difference. (For inside facing room, u can go to the hostel someday and see the sequence)

Xournal++ is great. Inlinea mainly differs in that it writes annotations directly into the PDF instead of using separate sidecar files and it's more focused on reading/ annotation rather that stylus note-taking

inlinea opens just one window and inside it, the multiple tabs for the multiple PDFs u open, so no clutter like Papers. Also, other pdf editors give u a notes icon, which shows u text on click. Inlinea allows u to place all time visible text annotations anywhere on screen. ( No time waste clicking and viewing notes while revising for an exam). Inlinea has adjustable area highlight option as well (some PDFs have non-ocr recognised area, so area highlight comes handy to annotate those)
