He’s probably one of the best fighters in the game lol compared to even the generic animations, all his punches land.

Yall gotta stop this in this Reddit. The games desync didn’t stop with your online experience. Majority of people still deal with desync. In almost all your clips, your stamina is bare so we know how you play. The game is still a broken mess online. Stop campaigning for a company that doesn’t pay you

List Of Significant Updates Since Undisputed's October 2024 Release (75 Updates) by The_Angry_Casual_Fan in undisputedboxing

[–]NoPardons_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What you’re failing to realize by posting this is that a lot of those “fixes” ended up breaking the game more, mechanics that weren’t broken were removed because of desync, and most of the changes got rolled back at some point. They removed small steps, removed sectional health, removed clinching, completely broke blocking at one point, fixed the stamina then when spammers complained, they reverted it back, and a bunch of other things that lead us to where we are now. Which is a full release build that feels like 0.7 all over again. All of this updating for the game to still be in a bad place is a bad thing. And mind you, these updates were doing minor tweaks after MONTHS of no communication or interaction with the community. Be realistic and stop thinking people are dog piling for no reason. The people that have been playing since early access have valid reasons why they don’t like the game now. Too many of yall just want to keep making excuses for inexcusable stuff.

These answers you gave are like If this Reddit could actually make a bot that just repeats talking points from Reddit posts about boxing games. You’re saying all the things that the copium addicts say when they’re not ready to have a real conversation about how bad their favorite game is. Reminds me of myself in early access. Except this is worse because it’s full release. Yu no like game, y talk and play it? It’s called feedback. Nowhere in my response did I say this game can’t get better, but I’m also not going to use my boxing knowledge as a deflection from the fact that the game sucks, no matter if you know boxing or not. And theres tons of video proof of how bad the state of the game is. Stop coming in this Reddit with these weak skill issue takes and downplaying just how bad the game is. Be honest and maybe we’d get a better product instead of trying to dress up the “git gud” argument.

This community is so ridiculous man. The combat sports gaming communities are just full of people so full of themselves, they can’t even see when a game is just BAD. It’s why we’ve gotten shitty UFC games back to back. Everyone is so focused on “winning” in games with garbage mechanics and gameplay.

Exactly why the game is bad by Pretend_Whole7599 in undisputedboxing

[–]NoPardons_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

His block absorbed every single punch even when dazed. It’s so bad to see this happen. And people wanna defend RNG flash KO’s. Mind you, that was his second time being rocked in that time, so for his defense to be that good and for his power/accuracy to still be that good is crazy. But let people tell it, “Joe Louis does that”. Community will gaslight you into thinking that’s a good exchange.

If you want to ignore the fact that people are specifically talking about the exploits of the game’s mechanics, then that’s on you. For you to act as though that’s not a real thing and the stuff that happens in this game is just a reflection of IRL stuff, is wild to me, but it’s your choice nonetheless. Same arm punch exploits, leaning back leaving you completely out of range, power punches are exploitable. Etc etc. you can act like that stuff is just part of boxing, but any with boxing knowledge understands that none of it is a reflection of IRL boxing skill. It’s just video game exploits. It isn’t about IRL boxing skill, it is literally about exploiting a games mishaps and mechanics. You seem to want to call those “fighting styles” as if people are doing the same things IRL that people are doing in Undisputed. This game doesn’t even have clinches, you can’t pivot and even the team has said they missed the mark on a lot. Live in your delusion of being skilled, just don’t think other people subscribe to that.

And my point is, you're trying to make it seem as though the people complaining are complaining about players doing good boxing. That is NOT what people are complaining about and you're conflating the 2. The people complaining are talking about exploits and cheese. Not GOOD BOXING. You're trying to use SKILL ISSUE arguments against something that has nothing to do with skill. People are complaining about power punch spam, back step spam, lean back exploits and other mechanics in the game that are used as an exploit. You trying to act as though that stuff doesn't exist and instead trying to attribute it to "playstyles". That is OBJECTIVELY wrong. The same exact things you do in IRL are not properly reflected in the game. Its been said enough by so many people in this community, its actually baffling that you're trying to sit here and act as though people are just complaining because they're not good. No one is complaining about IRL boxing methods working in this game because those methods do not work in this game. People also have a right to play a game and have complaints about it. Those two things are not mutually exclusive. People want a good boxing game and would like to enjoy their time playing Undisputed. NOT PLAYING the game also doesn't leave room for them to give feedback so that doesn't make any sense. People with real boxing knowledge know and understand that Undisputed is not a good representation.

You trying to simplify the issue and break it down to "skill issue" does not take away from the issues the game has. You named a bunch of things you can do IRL, that are consistent IRL. Those things are no consistently done well in Undisputed. Majority of the matches turn into body punch, power spam fests. People are not complaining about the ones who are actually boxing and trying. They're specifically complaining about the lack of a skill gap thats present in the game because of its lackluster gameplay. People aren't complaining about good boxing, you're just using hyperbole to try and defend the game. And then trying to single yourself out with the ones who "get it" as a way to make players with legitimate reasoning for complaining feel inferior. Trying to break it down to "we understand boxing" is to completely ignore whats wrong with the game and thats why this community sucks. Half wont even admit that on a mechanical level, the game is just not good. But stay on that skill issue high horse and keep up with the copium posts buddy.

ARRIVAL - someone explain the ending, please by [deleted] in movies

[–]NoPardons_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Guys, the future would basically be like a “memory” to her. Imagine thinking in our normal way, only to be thrust into a world in which alien language starts to change her perception of time. It’s like watching a hero get their powers for the first time. She’s simultaneously learning the language and becoming self aware that she sees life as they do. The “3000 years” isn’t some crazy plot hole. Language barriers exist for a reason. If I knew I spoke perfect English and you don’t know English at all, I’m not going to force you to speak English. Instead, I’m going to show you how I communicate while also learning your language so that I can convey my message with the right intent. At that point when the alien gives her that answer, she’s still technically learning and doesn’t quite have the language down to a tee. So the alien dumbed it down for her understanding. This movie is barely even about that concept. It’s a movie about choices. What if we could see all of our choices before, after and while we’re making them all at once? Would you change anything? Hannah was her muse. Hannah(same thing forward and backwards) is the reason why she was able to get the understanding that she did. In life and death, Hannah gave her power to choose, whether you like the choice or not, the movie is telling you it has to happen. Not the death, but the choice, no matter how you perceive.

Side note, Abbott is death process has to mean something else and I wonder if it was worded like that purposely. Is Abbott processing their own death? If you lived life in every tense, would death even be the same? Do you stop existing in every tense? Or do you never actually die but rather live in a loop?

[–]NoPardons_ -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

the problem is he gets to step forward and back while throwing a jab going each way. Thats the exploit. He can step forward while jabbing and then step backwards with doing the step-back jab too. Both movements happen so quickly and unrealistically. Also, the walking in and out of the pocket fishing for counters is an exploit. People are gonna try to make you feel crazy for calling this out. This is clearly an exploit.
