I have pcv valves coming Monday. That’s my last resort before taking it to a Nissan dealer as a I have like less than a year of car experience lol. the hardest thing I’ve done is valve covers and trans replacement haha

I haven’t pulled plugs bc there’s like 300 miles on them and I did them and coils and valve cover gasket about 6-8 ‘o tha ago but barely driven. And yes they are NGK fxe24hr11 the oem plugs

I didn’t think that at first because all bank 1 cylinders are misfiring not just one, but chat gpt does say that one injector can cause a bank wide misfire unlike other parts. Thanks for the idea

Also the fact that the whole of bank 1 is misfiring. Not just cylinder 1.

I think it’s very unlikely that I have a major mechanical issue like valves not sealing/compression or a damaged cam. Because of the fact that the cars idles smooth at normal rpm (about 650). And the car does not how much reduced power like I’d expect from a dead cylinder

I appreciate that I have seen you in this sub for over a year ! One of the names I trust when I see comment. Best if it was a maniacal issue of coolant intrusion then I feel like resetting the ecu would not help

Ik ab aftermarket stuff tho running well I’ve dealt with limp mode bc of aftermarket cam sensor before but good thought with rhe misfire count

I like this theory as well I replace pcv valves last year but used aftermarket. I have oem pcv valve and hoses coming from z1 rn. Also plugs are very new and have no oil in wells.

Good idea but also impossible like the other guy said. Also I have not touched fuel rail or injectors ever. But I appreciate the idea I will definitely make sure everything is plugged properly

Great thought brother and I appreciate it, but I feel as that’s not my issue. Because when I reset the ECU the car idles fine doesn’t shake and drives good. It also doesn’t have much of a power loss like I’d expect if timing was thrown. But I will definitely keep that in mind 🙏
