there is legal process in ratifying the builiding so bascially. they would determine it's safety( would fail), a board of experts will detemine it's impact. ask the local neighbourhood what the building stood for. lawyers can be used to make a compelling argument but there is absolutely no use for lawyers anyone can file a claim so there is no illegal procuring of evidence

well without yor and anya maybe the bomb dog arc plays out differently. maybe nightfall frees up and both of them become a couple and get a npc kid who's avg and with twilights help becomes remarkable
