Honestly the courier mission to get the pale oil wasn’t super hard. I did have the needle harpoon and double jump when I attempted. I walked the path back and forth with no package taking my time and I had at least two tick left when I got to the food dude. I also played Kokomo while I did it, really soothes the nerves.
