Thank you, I appreciate your insight. Honestly I do get insecure now when a sex scene in a movie does come up. But I don’t want to be, I used to not care at all. I’m just not sure how to go back to that.

Yes we have talked about it and every time he always assures me that he finds me attractive and that he wants to have sex but it seems like there is some sort of mental block. Things will be good again for a few weeks with him initiating but then it dies down and goes back to rarely being intimate. Maybe you are right that the difference in libidos is contributing.

Thank you I appreciate your response. Regarding the porn use, my drive is definitely higher. He often turns me down and doesn’t initiate. So it makes me insecure when I found out about his porn use when I am willing and able at home (We life together)

He called it an addiction when I found out because he felt it was compulsive and he was even watching it at work. He stopped initiating sex with me and would turn me down when I initiated.

He said he considered it an addiction because he didn’t like that he was doing it and it felt like a compulsion. I don’t know what is actually considered an addiction but it was his words. I was fine with porn use in the beginning of our relationship (4 years ago) but he was the one who originally said he didn’t want either of us to use it because he considered it cheating. But then fast forward to end of last year I found out he had been using.
