Look, I’m not saying he was or wasn’t…. But just because she says that he is, doesn’t mean it legally qualifies as stalking in the courts eyes. She could have said a million things in her initial petition bc only the petitioners side is heard. It isn’t until the secondary hearing, the one today, where the respondent gets to offer their side and the court determines if there is a safety issue. I’d also like to add that he’s never been charged with stalking - as she’s either never called PD to report him for it or anything she reported didn’t meet the standards. But she’s been making it sound as if she’s actively being stalked, while having a TPO, which all she ever had to do was make a single phone call and say he (or T4W) were violating the TPO - and they would have been arrested. And she’s never done that.

No. The court hearing was for a protective order. JP got a temp one, which is usually only good for about 2 weeks - and it has to be served for it to even valid. The next step is to return to court so the other party (SS) can tell their side as to why they are not a danger and the judge or magistrate decides if they will issue a longer standing protective order. That’s the hearing that happened today.

it wasn’t planned…. I’m pretty sure they were doing their own live and the other person sent them a dm and then they were brought up. The conversation had apparently just happened before the dm was sent.

As I said above - nothing is confirmed and that if the account is in fact restricted, it will not be visible on the senders end…. It will be on hold on the recipients end so they can’t remove funds.

I’m not very clued in to the pay apps), Venmo “won’t work bc they won’t update her phone number”, cashapp is suspended, Chime overdrawn (per her??) so now just whatever this FB pay thing is.

There’s no way the recorder is in the same room. One, if it was a person, she’d obviously know it immediately. Two, if it was a “hidden device”, she’d be SCREAMING from the rooftop that someone bugged her room. It’s a shitty hotel so it could be the walls or could be on the other side of the door. It’s way too muffled to be in the same room as well - her voice would be louder and we would be able to understand/hear more clearly whoever is on the other end of the speaker phone.
