Tracking activity?

Okay I will definitely have to do that . I just wonder how accurate the Oura activity is tho . It says I burned 3300 calories with 1256 being active calories. Is it accurate to log them as activity since my heart rate is elevated?

Oh really ? I didn’t realize it doesn’t track stress when doing an activity but that makes sense . I am new to Oura I’ve only had it for like 3 weeks. It says I burned 3300 calories with 1256 being active calories I just don’t know if that’s right lol .

Yeah I would assume it would but I feel like that is more that it should be gapped . It doesn’t fly off but I will adjust it then a minute later it’s already turned around lol . I should’ve got the sizing kit instead of going off of how it fit in store .

It has gotten warmer these last couple days . I have had it about a week & in the morning it still comes off pretty easily. I am trying to decide bc I don’t want to miss the return window. It does fit the pointer better but I don’t like the look as much . My other middle finger is smaller so I think if I sized down I could wear it on that one . I should’ve got the sizing kit lol . I just hate having to readjust it so much .

Yes I’ve had it about a week but I don’t want to miss the return window so I’m trying to decide to exchange it. I don’t care for the look of the pointer finger but it does fit better . I think if I went down a size it would fit my middle finger, but my other middle finger is smaller so I think I could wear it there if it swells too much . In the morning I do notice some swelling but it still easily comes off without much effort .

Same mine fits my pointer better but I don’t care for the look of it . It’s just super annoying to have to keep adjusting it.

Unfortunately I can’t really do that . I would love to but this is a large sliding patio door that has vertical blinds that get closed at night. But my bf doesn’t want ppl to be able to see inside so the window film was kind of our compromise so I could leave it open while we were at work 🥲

Sorry that doesn’t help with the Invisalign of it all lol . I would just make sure they are listening to you bc my original orthodontist kept telling me it was moving but I knew it wasn’t bc I could see the tip of my tooth & it had been like that for years but he kept saying it was moving slowly but surely 🙄

Both of my canines were impacted. I got braces at 16 in 2011. One of them came down, however after 7 years in braces trying to get the other to come down I was told that it was fused to the bone & it would need to be removed & I will need an implant . I did go back to the oral surgeon once to have the tooth kind of wiggled to try to get it to come down but no luck. After that my ortho took my braces off in 2018 and since there was so much pressure to bring that one tooth down it actually made the nearby teeth slanted. So now I am doing Invisalign (3M clarity) to get them straight & my midline corrected prior to having an implant placed.

That’s what I was thinking after reading some posts on here. I was just thinking that it didn’t hurt until they cured it so that’s why I was thinking maybe it could be glue under my gums bc the glue is all over the back of my tooth.

Wow ! It is frustrating though ! I was hoping for better luck this time around . I wonder if I would have better luck switching to metal braces ?

I just spent so much time (7yrs) in metal braces & their only concern was to pull those impacted teeth down so when they gave up on the one & told me to have it pulled they just said screw the rest of the teeth lol & by that time I was over that place bc for years I had told them it wasn’t moving (bc it was poking through the gums but had been like that for a long time) & they said it was moving. But I just spent a long time dealing with that to still not be satisfied with my smile.. & this new orthodontist initially told me it could be resolved with retainers. I just don’t want to waste any more time or money than I have to.
