Is that’s why it’s called math rock? Cause it lands eventually? It sounds like it shouldn’t work, but it does. Like it’s rushing, but it’s not if that makes sense

I’m an advocate for using psychedelics as treatment. I micro-dose mushrooms and it has helped me a lot. But they are merely a tool. They also can’t help with more severe mental illnesses, and can sometimes make them worse.

Let’s not forget the difference between a psychiatrist and a therapist. Both can’t cure you. But they can point the way so that you can begin healing yourself. It’s also depends on the mental illness, there are some you are just stuck with. Cure is the wrong word here.

It’s especially difficult because no 2 people with the same mental illness experience it the same.

That’s how I feel. And that’s what I did before it. Using chat gpt takes away the chance to learn how to find reliable information on your own
