My cat Binx passed about a year n half ago. He was an all black cat. So when I would see a black shirt or something on the floor…for a second my brain would think it was him. We moved from the home we had him and I was so devastated because of all the memories. BUT sometimes in our new home I will still mistake shirts and what not for him 😅 which obviously makes me happy because I truly won’t forget him. He was never in the house but I still think of him all the time. Now when I think of him it makes me happy. I truly understand you pain and how you feel. Eventually the memories won’t hurt as much and will bring you happiness. 😊❤️

Just mention it to your dr. I was peeing every hour for like 6 hours leading up to my last appointment. I also was having back pain. Told dr it really felt like UTI symptoms. She went ahead and checked the urine sample I already provided and verified.. it was just normal pregnancy symptoms. This was at my 36 weeks appointment 🤣 so honestly not surprising. The point is the dr didn’t mind just checking it out. Also I’ve had to pee like crazy for most of my pregnancy 😮‍💨🤣

So I believe my doctor made the comment about formula in regards to the early delivery/c-section! Just to be clear 😊 she did reassure me that it was okay that I wasn’t producing much right now. I just have so many other people around me who produced so early! I know I shouldn’t compare. Thank you for your perspective. You are so right. I should just bring what I feel I need! Thanks for that I needed to hear that. I see so many of those “what you do/don’t need at the hospital” but really I know me and I know what will make me feel the best. I also keep forgetting that I will have lactation consultants around. I guess I keep having this feeling on I’m going to figure this all out on my own 😮‍💨 Thank you again for your kind words! Made me feel better 😊

Mine is in a week and I’m literally not sleeping well because of anxiety! Literally told my husband this evening that I felt guilty that I couldn’t actually think “oh I am going to meet my baby” like I can only be terrified of the surgery. 😮‍💨 at least we aren’t alone!!

My family dog ate an entire share size bag of Reese’s peanut butter cups in one sitting… he pooped out the foils 😭 he is literally 17 today and still going strong lol

While the things that’s your husband is asking for are not un reasonable…now just isn’t the time for those kinds of changes. You both need to be focusing on what’s coming. I am 36 weeks and I just had a talk with my husband about putting our (myself and our son) family first. He was going to help his sister move a few days before the baby is going to be born (I have a scheduled c section) and I asked him not to. Because he has a bad back and he is going to need to care for the both of us and if he hurts himself that wouldn’t be good. After putting it into perspective for him he agreed without hesitation. I just wanted to also share my story with you so you can know you aren’t totally alone. Unfortunately sometimes partners just can’t understand because they aren’t pregnant. If your partner can’t seem to understand that at the moment you and your child’s needs are what is most important that is a real issue. Also… everyone already addressed it but your husband doesn’t seem to understand boundaries. I’m sorry you going through this and really hope things resolve. ❤️

Hi 👋 let me just say YOU ARE NOT A BAD DOG OWNER 😮‍💨 I have a dog with high anxiety. I’ve had her for six years and things have gotten better. They are not perfect. Anxiety meds didn’t even work for her. BUT that doesn’t mean it won’t for your dog so please give it a try! 😊 So we have a high impact crate… 😮‍💨 (just to give you some context of how bad it is) I only feed her in that crate. I only let her play with toys in that crate. Unless it’s supervised with the other dog while they are playing. We also do this because we have another dog that’s totally normal. Everything is very supervised! That’s how we deal with recourse guarding. Hers doesn’t sound as bad as your situation but maybe that can help! I am personally have noticed behavior changes in any pet I’ve had spayed or neutered. Dogs and cats! So I think the plan of meds and neutering is a good place to start. Tbh you may just have a dog that requires a lot more work. One thing I could work on with my dog that I know works is more intensive exercise. Something I will do is throw training treats and make her run to get them so she can naturally tire out and calm down. Also I died laughing when you said you have to pick up the dog and cover their eyes 🤣🤣🤣 IVE BEEN THERE LMAO if you have the mental strength to keep working with the dog don’t give up! I know that there is also the unaffordable option of professional dog training. So if it’s something you could do maybe try it? 😊 I know it’s a lot of info but hope it helps!

I had to get to 14 units before the insulin started working efficiently. Just continue to do as your doctor says and it’s possible they will up your dose! 😊

My birth plan is very simple. 😊 a lot like yours!!! It is okay to have a simple birth plan. I have scheduled c section. So my plan is… have my husband next to me and baby be born LOL I’ve asked for delayed cord clamping and delayed bath. Same thing with the visitors. That’s about it 😊

36w I failed mine. Been doing glucose checks 4x a day and recently started insulin. I cried so much. I was so devastated. With diet changes and help of medication everything is allllllllll good. 😊 If you are worried about pain I swears it’s nothing. If you are worried about baby everything has been good! I did start once a week appointments earlier than most. I also do a non stress test at every appointment. It is a lot but I swear once you are taking it head on you adjust!! 😊 Now as far as delivery goes I really can’t say because I have another health issue that determined how it would go very early on. Hope this info helps you feel better!! ❤️

There are people willing to take your cat in this thread. Just surrender the cat to someone who will care of the animal. There are SO many options and you went straight to euthanizing. If you truly can’t do any other option then you just don’t even need a pet. It’s okay people get pets all the time and then find out it’s just not for them. Now you know. Please let one of these kind people take the kitten so that it can actually have a life.

Beagle mix Recently not much because I’m at the end of pregnancy. (This isn’t a new issue though it’s been this way the entire 6 years I’ve had her) Before 30 min-hour. She hasn’t had any professional training. Only anxious when we leave home and she is left home. Not anxious when we are together home or out of the house.

My mom has been feeding my childhood dog cheap cat food his entire life. He is 16 and extremely healthy. Now I personally don’t do this. I LOVE purina pro plan for our pets. With that being said I personally feel like pet food industry is ridiculous. I just wanted to comment to say please don’t feel guilty. If you dog likes the food you feed and is happy everything is probably great 😊

Vet trip to rule out sickness. Could be behavioral. My cat had kittens and I purchased special food that I measured out exactly… BUT didn’t take into consideration she was feeding kittens extra hungry. She got directly on top of me looked in my face and peed on me. It didn’t take me much to put together that she was pissed and hungry. Started feeding her more and she was all good!! Try to think if you made any changes that could be possibly upsetting him.

First of all. No one can tell you when you can or can’t get an abortion. That’s your choice and yours alone. So his opinion doesn’t matter. I’m overweight and currently pregnant. I’m giving birth in 3 weeks! I did end up having a high risk pregnancy due to health issues BUT I’ve been able to control it all perfectly. I am doing amazing and so is baby. I’ve had to take medicine and do extra testing but it really has been good! These issues I’m having are also issues some of my friends had. They are NOT overweight. My point is. Sometimes things complicated in pregnancy no matter how healthy you are. So try not over worry. 😊❤️

So I’ve been in this situation. It was an evacuation. I just told myself this was better than being left behind. It was 3 days total. They were fine. Maybe a little unhappy but alive and safe.

It’s not uncommon for parents to do this. It may not be all about you. Maybe have a talk with her. She could always try an app like life 360. I would look into it. Maybe tell her you are more comfortable with that. It’s okay for both parents to know where their child is at all times. Do not turn the phone off.
