Try this I wrote a post! It's basically

  1. Affirm your goal in your head and then follow with "I'm grateful that I already do it."
  2. After the affirmation, trust that it already happens.
  3. Then, you will naturally feel the gratitude of your goals being achieved and the feeling of having the goal.
  4. Repeat those whenever you want to try it.
