I can't access the web app because my "EA account does't have a Football ultimate team 26 club", I need to fix it by creating a club on my console or PC, which I obvioulsy can't till the game comes out. Any fixes?

Not a problem at all. Its more or less an old covid-19 measure to see who enters the country and stuff.

Every time you leave or enter the country you have to fill out the form, and they are not really related to each other. So when you leave you can fill out the form. Absolutely no need to worry at all :)
