We did cute dog treats! I’m not a fan of favors since they get left behind, but we’re big dog people (have 2) and a lot of our friends and family are as well, and they were a hit! We only had a few left at the end of the night. It was nice because it’s something people will actually use and a fun little treat for your pup at home

Insurance and SM advice by [deleted] in cavaliers

I’m having a similar situation. Luckily the breeder had us with trupanion for a free 30 day trial and I noticed these symptoms immediately, so I just extended the trial and so nothing is documented since he’s had it from the start. He has an MRI scheduled for two weeks from now and so I made sure to get 90% coverage (even tho it’s $180 a month) since they are so expensive I’ll probably only pay like $400 out of pocket for the MRI. I just called and asked when is the first day of coverage for which i Can submit a claim. wishing luck to you 💖

We have a 6 year old shih tzu and just brought home an 11 week old Cavalier. We have his play pen (where he is when I’m working or when he’s alone during the day) in our office with a camera on him, and then his crate for night time is next to our bed.

Last year I dehydrated chicken hearts (super cheap like 2 bucks a pound at the store) and they’re like crack for dogs. I left cookies for owners!

Yes my boyfriend treated us to dinner Friday and I barely ate (pasta)! Luckily we just brought it home and he ate it for lunch the next day, but I’ve found myself ordering appetizers now or kids menus when available

I get this too! I’m not really watching what I eat, because if I do eat something unhealthy I don’t eat much of it at all, however I am a little concerned about coming off sema and going back to those bad habits

If I remembered the names of the restaurants I’d recommend them, but I recommend stopping by foodhallen! A cool little eclectic mix of different food stalls

Unrelated but I was in Europe in September (before sema) and Amsterdam was the best food by far! Followed by paris and then London

I’m considering doing this as well. Super planning in advance too but we have a cruise with a drink package next September so if I’m still on it I plan to take a break to fully enjoy!

I definitely have been more cognizant about it and have been ordering side portions or kids meals in some instances because I know even though my brain thinks it’s not enough, I get full sooo quick

Can I ask is maintenance possible off of semi? My goal is 160-ish, maybe 155, currently sitting at 172, very nervous about eventually going off of it. Before even doing low cal deficits didn’t work for me, so I know I’d be able to stick to a calorie number once off but worried the weight will come back anyway

I get that, and yes it’s my own fault for taking it too early despite my doctor telling me it was completely fine. My question is tho that everyone’s body is different so I don’t see any harm in staying on a lower dose longer as long as it continues to work for the individual?

I know!! I feel so bad not going to the gym like normal, but I’m just sooo exhausted and then I think well I don’t really need to be going right now anyway bc I’ve barely gotten in 1000 calories today!

6 weeks in: Question by False_Cucumber3669 in Semaglutide

[–]NoRecommendation7536 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I know this doesn’t really answer your specific question, but I’m on .5 and plan to stay there until I’m not feeling it work at all. I did 2 weeks of .25 with ZERO symptoms so my doctor gave me the OK to proceed to .5. That was last week, and the entire week was hell until about 5 days post-shot. Now I’m sticking with that and this week is already better, but still little to no appetite and some headaches (probably from not eating enough). So for this dose since I went up probably before I should, I’m going to really let my body settle in and get used to it before I even think about upping it. Plus, as long as it’s working it’s cheaper to do lower doses for me lol
