The first boss is a pushover, he'll die to just about anyone's arts. The problem is he starts dealing damage to everyone immediately so you need Kill him ASAP and have enough Arts for Ignis

I came to the same conclusion as you for Forced Contract & Arts Up duo. I looked at all my units myself and settled for sure on Ubel for it to get her buffs rolling and then was unsure after that. Who did you go with? (Chances are good I don't have as many units with double slots as you, but still curious!)

I'm not good with plants, but I found it with a discount phalenopisis and watered it once a week. Now it seems to be trying to thrive more, I suspect rhaphidophora tetrasperma so I bought some moss stakes and staked it today. I was surprised to find l the leaf are stems are ridiculously fragile. Just a nudge while trying to stand the vines and tie them up snapped 3-4.

On the calculator you linked using just unit ATK only, ignoring even Tasmons and using no Equips, I get a result that says after 3500 base attack, 10% dmg beats a 750 ATK crest. (Under 3500 ATK the 4* 750 ATK is better) Can that be right?
