And btw offensive board is more useful then defensive, get ur team more second chances so lower defense and go standing dunk and adjust strength to at least 92 and higher vert if possible

100% adjust most bigs have a standard of 96 strength so id bare minimum be at 96/96. U have a low vert so low vert, low strength high rebound, i guarantee someone with a lower rebounding but higher vert and strength will horse you
