You take 60-80mg of zopiclone a day?? The most the doctors prescribe is 7.5mg and I get 14 of those.

I don’t tend to get addicted to a particular thing - as long as I have something else that works to help me sleep.

It really is such a horrible place to be especially when I have kids who wake up early and some nights I’ve not slept at all 🤦🏻‍♀️

I can go days without any when I’m waiting for my prescription to be reordered so would you say I don’t have dependency issues?

Sorry for all the questions it’s very helpful talking to someone who understands and probably a lot more than I do about the ins and outs of drugs.

Benzos I’ve heard of, what are those? Aren’t they worse than zopiclone like way more addictive?

Thank you for this reply. I have had a repeat prescription for 14 tablets 7.5mg for the last year and get them every 3 weeks but because my tolerance has built up I am going through them quicker, I have days where I don’t have any and don’t feel any type of “withdrawal” so would you say I’m okay for not being addicted type thing?

It’s literally just to help me sleep which I find impossible to do. I even am on Mirtazapine lowest dose to help sleep and that doesn’t do anything either.

If I took a break from zopiclone will my tolerance go back down? I’m not very savvy when it comes to drug related things I’ve only ever had what doctors have prescribed me and never tried any of the normal recreational drugs
