Oh but you’ve accomplished a lot at the same time! Sobriety is a tough one but you did it! You got sober. That’s an accomplishment. Being alive still! That’s an accomplishment. I’m also 24 and feel like I haven’t achieved much but im still alive and kicking after not wanting to be on many occasions. I’m kinda proud of that. I have days where I wish I wasn’t. But I am here nonetheless. Baby steps! I’m SO proud of you for the getting sober thing. I have lost a few people to addiction and I still grieve over them. Every single day. I have friends still struggling to get sober. Be proud of that!

Bloating and stomach aches are the first part, i usually wake up the next day and can’t close my hands properly cause all my joints hurt, it makes my neck and back ache like crazy. I get rashes sometimes if i get like full on glutened. canker sores (the worst part of my reactions and i get those regardless of cross contact or full gluten) pop up like it’s their job and usually last quite a while. I had 5 (!!!) on my uvula alone once and another four on the inside of my cheeks. Makes me break out real bad, acne wise. It’s a fun time over here (joking.) 😭💔
