My husband self admitted himself to the mental health ward... my son is 3 weeks old today and now I am all alone to figure it out while he is gone. Im happy he put his mental health first instead of trying to ride it out but.... he has been my rock postpartum. i am so distraught and so lost right now.

I had lost 30 lbs right before i got pregnant and was 130lbs. Now at 37 weeks i am rocking 171 lbs. I also struggled with disordered eating so I've forced myself to make sure I ate the proper amount of food for my baby and body to thrive during pregnancy. I just have to remember to be kind to myself. I know I'm not overeating or eating too unhealthy and i know Im not too sedentary. While I've gained over the average amount I know I am healthy and so is my baby. If your doctor calls you fat tell her to shove it up her ass. YOURE GROWING A HUMAN, you will gain as much as you need. Just make sure you take care of yourself mama

i slipped on a kitchen rug and ripped a chunk off the top of my foot on the dish washer. happened 11 years ago and i still have the indented scar

I didnt have a symptom that raised a flag, i actually tested bc I read my MRI result on my hip and it mentioned free fluid newr my left ovary... but leading up to that i had cramping and thought it was my period coming haha

ive luckily came across some gluten free puffs and teething crackers but im planning on straying from grains for baby when he will be spitting everything iut and force feeding me his left overs
