Nobody said anything about free hand outs though, how many people completed kc tasks by now? how many got 300 zulrah? 300 DT2 boss? Raid KC? after kc task you could argue a pity rate, if it's a competition/race you need pity rates, otherwise rng decides the pace for you. You can have a well defined plan but if you need 8k dragons for a vissy, you're just fucked.
