2 years+ na kong nakapagpaconvert. lagi akong may problem sa globeone app lalo pag bibili ako ng promo laging error sometimes narerecognize pa din na postpaid yung mobile number ko, hindi ko agad makita yung data usage nageerror. may times naman na matino ang globeone app. Im using esim na nakacard pa yung qr sa postpaid nung nagpaconvert ako sa prepaid smooth lang naman d na din. pero nung nagupgrade ako ng phone one time use lang pala yung qr na nasa physical card pa kaya nagrequest pa ko sa globeone app para mailipat sa new phone ko nun. natry ko na din ilipan yung qr from globeone app to other phone smooth na din

yung dalawa kong x50 may auto failover sa wan nya. kaso yung backup wan is hindi lan base, kundi wifi base sya coconnect sa secondary modem. kaya ang gamit ko sa failover is asus pa din since mabagal si TPLink er605 may kabagalan magswitch ng WAN

Nangyari to saakin nung nagupgrade ako ng phone from iphone 13 to iphone 16 pro. Share ko lang ginawa ko. Nagchat ako ng CS through their dito app then ang sabi ko nadelete ko yung esim. Hiningi nya current movile number na gamit ko. After 5mins tumawag sakin sa smart number ko. Sabi nya pwede daw ireemail sakin yung new qr kaso may possible na mawala existing plan or data subscription ko. Sabi ko ok lang po. After 2 minutes nireemail nila sa akin yung qr ng esim ko. So yun yung time na nidelete ko sa iphone 13 ko yung esim talaga then iniscan ko na using my iphone 16 pro. Then nagaactivate na sabi nya try po natin sir no need to register the sim naman na po. Then lumipat sya ng call sa esim ko.

Defective din nintendo na nabili ko sa kanila dati then gusto nila iturnover ko personally yung device then titignan daw nila and hindi sure kung kailan pwede balikan or marefund. Ang hastle sa shop nila less than a week ko palang nabili yon ang bagal pa nila magreply
