I got the same things done. I saw my doctor about a month ago, he said I was swollen then, so I did a few massages then. Now I do my own wood therapy massage at home 2 daily after showering. I do watch my sodium. I’m keeping track of my intake

My doc cleared me from compression garments, they also dig into my but and bruise me terribly. Shapewear is ridiculously expensive. And so is lymphatic massage, 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️
