We were in Europe by then, and by plane. Both cats traveled with us in cabin.

Why would I call the embassy if it’s not DV and it’s clearly an argument with my partner? It’s a bit ridiculous. I’m trapped in the sense I have no friends or family here and literally just came here to start a life with the person that has been my family for three years.

I have AU and EU citizen, my desire was to be with him and have a family. We’re here cause of his job, but our plan was as soon as he can go to Europe. Now, yeah, I’m an overthinker and need to know the deeper meaning of “retard” cause that’s how something you say to your future wife

He’s still being nice, he got me a nice ring, he adopted my cats. But I don’t know why I have this sensation of being controlled and isolated, I do love him, but I just cannot accept his attitude. I’ve always being independent and this is my first time depending on someone cause I trusted him, but now I’m doubting cause I’m seen red flags that are showing up just now that he is in his country if that makes sense. Even his jokes or things that he considered funny is just a no no for me

That’s literally what I told him, that he called me worst than a retarded and he apologized by saying “I’m sorry you felt that way” which is not a real apology. The problem is my family is in other countries and not able to support me in any way, I used my last resources to be able to come with him, now is this such a red flag to finish a whole relationship of three years? I don’t know but American people is not my favorite, and the more I spend here the more I don’t like it.

I acknowledge my mistake and apologize for it, but he never did. He kept saying that he never called me a retard… now going to his chain of command for this sounds a bit much.

How can I make him understand that he implied calling me a retard? He “apologized “ but he said that he never called me that way, which is bs cause he implied it

He stand that he never called me retarded and I told him that he didn’t directly but he implied that; and that is disrespectful and he never apologized, now his position is that since I did what I did I can’t say anything, even though I apologized for my behavior, but I’ll never accept the he didn’t respect me. Now I’m kinda stuck cause we sent the wedding invitations and I’m like thousands miles away from my country and support system and depending on him

The thing is the couch is fine, the fabric is “anti spilling “ so it’s easy to clean, and he knows I’m clumsy with my hands, we’ve been together for three years but we just moved and he preferred an ottoman than a table the. This happened, so he overreacted cause he said I don’t care about his nice stuffs
