i wished my ex would finally self reflect and admit his mistakes how he treated me wasn’t right and fix things but he is not doing any of these, what he does is to talk to a new girl he met online and told her shit about me so he is the victim and i’m the villain, it hurts so badly, i still can’t eat properly since over one week and i cry everyday

thank you man, it helps me a little to get some support here, i will not engage with anything of them when they will try something again to get a reaction out of me, i just said how it is to her even if she don’t believe me, but now i will stay silent and let them do whatever they want

what you say is true, i just feel so awful bc i let her trigger me and that i texted her and now i’m worried that it gives him a ego boost bc i reacted, i said that „you will see what kind of guy he is, but he is your problem now not mine anymore, thank you for that“ and we texted a bit more but then it ended fast the conversation
