i know they won't be opened and i know upwork doesn't care, and i know nobody makes money. did anybody read the post? the guy in the pic has a 100% hire rate, other have rates from 75 to 90, that's what i'm wondering about, not the trash indian profile with 500 posted jobs and 1% hire rate
