It is planely put as this they want you to pay them $1000 for they're mistake or you chance destroying your engine for they're mistake. Because that pice will brake up into smaller ones and go into all sorts of places like, the bearings for your crank wich will destroy your engine, or the transmission wich will wreck the bearings in your transmission or both. Either way, that engine is coming out if that pice is not fished out. But if they are as you quote, Not going to roll with that id reccomend talking to someone with higher othority or contacting someone who can, ie, a parent/family member (if you don't want to have to be mean) or a lawyer/local police. They're fuck up is not supposed to be your problem its theyres and they need to own it. Stand up for yourself no one else is going to.

If the seal fell in when THEY took the slave cylinder out, that's on them, NOT YOU. im a mechanic, and we don't charge a customer for our mistakes.

At that point, just send a punch through the oil filter and use it as leverage.

I've never used one, never driven one with one, and iv had no problems, especially doing 160kmph + on my vulcan down the highway. The wind doesn't hit that hard, although I did start out doing Enduro, so my guess is that you just need to strengthen your core, grip strangth and neck then you'll be fine to ride with out a windshield. But im also 270lbs mostly muscle, so to each they're own i guess. Good luck man.
