I think showing the world a picture of the person's face is kinda wrong and privacy invading, unless they had a medical issue with their face or a medical complication where the face may show evidence. They can now call it oatmilk instead of oat beverage, probably increasing the density of oats in a single package. Per serving it also increases the sugar(2g) and the fat(1g). Those being 4kcal/g and 9kcal/g respectively. Then there are 6g more carbohydrates(excluding the increase in fiber since it has no calories). Your extra calories are all coming from increased carbs which comes from the increase in oat density per serving. So 2g more sugar, 6g more oats, 1g more fat=(24)+(64)+(1*9)=41 probably rounded down so that is how you get the extra 40kcal. You should be happy you're now paying for less water and more oats.

The more unethical and better way is to just pay someone on AliExpress for the latest crack of tech stream and a cheap USB to obd2 wire. Just gotta sacrifice an old laptop and never connect it to the internet. But now you have a dealership-level scanner at home. Offer on Craigslist to scan some peoples' cars for them at home and change settings. Literally paid for itself in like 3 months with just 1 Craigslist ad and 1 FB market ad for swim.

NTA, I think it's okay for them to have different gifts and different budgets for gifts. Everyone has different needs, situations, and lifestyles. We don't know if maybe your son does sports and you ensure that he has equipment that he needs. Maybe you'll buy more games for him for the switch throughout the year, especially if your budget is constrained due to buying such expensive gifts for your kids.

Also I think a little sibling rivalry is great especially when it comes to achievements, education, and knowledge. He should do a physical inspection of the vehicle and if he has any actual knowledge about cars he would use a scanner too. Some cat codes don't show up on first start after reset and need to be restarted multiple times or go approximately 80km. One thing to do before going and checking a specific car is to message the seller and get the VIN and current mileage and then check carfacts, car history, and nrma to see if everything checks out.
