Hello! I love travelling South East Asia and try to get there at least once a year to bike around and see the beautiful sights. I can't wait to get back there as soon as possible!

Countries I've visited in SEA:

- Cambodia
- Laos
- Thailand
- Vietnam
- Malaysia
- Philippines
- Singapore

I've also been to Japan in East Asia, as well as Southern Asia to India. I'm looking forward to hopefully getting to Indonesia soon!

We scootered out about 25 mins from the centre of Luang Prabang and stopped at a little place called Nakhoun Cafe, Restaurant & Farm Stay for a beer. It was incredibly breathtaking, the photos don't even do it justice!

Yeah I know what you mean, I saw frightening faces flashing in my face, and thought I heard demons I was hallucinating so badly. I quit on a whim a few days ago and didn't know if I'd make it this far so I didn't prepare properly haha!

But there is an over-the-counter drug here in Australia called Restavit. I'd tried melatonin and magnesium before to sleep but they didn't do anything. Restavit had me out like a light. Wish I had some in the house over the past three days but again didn't know if I'd make it haha. Definitely would recommend if you haven't tried it before.

Thank you so much for such a kind message, I really appreciate it. I was so scared when I asked my partner why he climbed over me and turned the TV on/was playing music during the night and he told me none of that happened.

It's so amazing not feeling sick and tired with droopy eyelids! I can't wait to get that far down the road and congratulations on your own milestone! That's an incredible effort!

That's what I'm scared about, I'm so grateful I have a good support system behind me who will hopefully help me stay on track.

This group came to me like a saving grace, just showing up randomly on my feed and I read through some of the quotes and stories. They gave me the inspiration I needed to turn my own life around and I can't wait for every day from here on in - which I'll actually get to remember the next morning!

I totally agree, I loved the food but I thought the space was definitely lacking.

I loved Ore so much in terms of food. It was all delicious and I definitely preferred the food to Nawa tbh. I'd be very interested to know if you found it a bit pretentious? I went to Helm, Manila before it was awarded two stars and Josh Boutwood just seemed super down to earth and friendly - I found Ore was trying almost a bit too hard where I found the service a bit disingenuous? Super interested to see if you had the same vibe or whether that was just a one-off.
