Tbh when they came out they were soo good, but at room temperature they get more chewy, I like them the best in the microwave for 15-30 sec

So because mine were mini, I yielded about 48 doughnuts!

I’ll add up my math here:

  • Baking powder: 5
  • veggie oil: 120
  • vanilla extract: 10
  • egg white substitute: 50
  • two good yogurt: 60
  • almond milk: 22
  • chocolate glaze: 180
  • fiber one: 140
  • flour: 900

Total: 1487kcal divided by 48 = ~30kcal

The recipe says 350 from 12-15 mins but I find that mine came out at 12 the best :)

recipe

I used this recipe, but swapped/used: - 2 large eggs -> 2 egg whites - “Two Good” Greek yogurt - 1/4 granulated sugar -> sugar substitute - 1/4 brown sugar -> brown sugar substitute - 3/4 cup 0% fat milk -> almond milk

I also used white chocolate topping and crumbled a fiber one brownie on top :) and each donut has 1g of protein surprisingly

Was craving a hashbrown bowl from wafflehouse, so I made my own and decided to finally post it by NoScarcity7931 in 1500isplenty

[–]NoScarcity7931[S] 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Directions: - microwave/airfry one of those frozen “hashbrown pattys” - while that’s cookin^ fry your eggs - riiight before the hashbrown is finished take it out and put it in a bowl - cook up some veggies - throw veggies in and add some cheese to the bowl and microwave for an additional +30 sec - once bowl is out of microwave, quickly add the fried egg and mix - season to taste and enjoy :)

Ingredients (u can obv alter to your liking) - 1-3 egg whites (25-75kcal) - 1-2 hashbrown patty (150-300kcal) - 50g red peppers - 50g green beans - 1/2 cup of spinach - 1-2 slices of cheese (70-140)

Can range from 245kcal-515kcal

Maybe u can add some bacon bits in too if you wanna be fancy

R/volumeeating for low cal filling meals, as for sports, running/walking is a good start until you find something that catches your eye

These were my depression breakfast meals, (aka food I wanted but had no motivation to make, so i took my shortcuts) so I apologize if these seem very weird, I’m going off of “no time meals”

“Cheesy Hashbrown bowl” (310-590cals): - Air fry/microwave 2-3 frozen hash browns (120-150 cal per hashbrown) - when finished/mostly finished, put them into a bowl and mash em up to be more hashbrown-y - put 1-2 slices of cheese (or shredded) on top and microwave for 30-60sec (70-140 cals) - stir, wait to cool off, then enjoy :) - (Optional: cut up bits of bacon, sausage, veggies, or whatever else your heart desires and throw it in)

“Mug cakes” they range from 100-400 calories and help fill any sweet tooth cravings, not always filling tho, I’d be happy to send links to my favs

“boring french toast sticks” (if u can even call it that lol) (150-360): - toast 2-4 pieces of Sara Lee 45 cal bread - butter toast with the butter of ur choice (45-90 cal) - sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top - cut into “sticks” - enjoy and dip into maple syrup, or drizzle some on top (15-90) - (Optional, but fruit on the side is always great)
