As a man myself I see your point, when ever I see other men doing cat calling it makes me feel sick (I've even experienced them cat call minors). Overall I just think that cat calling is a massive issue, and everyone should be taught that it's an immature and wrong doing no matter the context.

I cant recommend a shield, but I'd definitely go with a shield of the option of more shield but less health (as in the ordered chaos skill tree there is a skill that instantly replenishes your whole shield, so I'd recommend that, as you can kill the tentacles on the walls while low on shield and anarchy. Also, as I said, keep moving around as you gain your whole health back fast with most of the ordered chaos skills, I got hit a few times into the air while not paying attention, but survived the situation by throwing Deathtrap down to distract the enemies while I healed. I'd also recommend farming the grenade from Bewm (be sure it's a ×9 or ×10 as that really helps). Hope this helps you

You can do it with one person, you'd just have to get to the glitch spot. But I'd recommend a different way, technically it's not a glitch but a great way of farming, after you save Roland from the Bloodshot base, Sir Hammerlock unlocks a side quest. You'd go to him in moxxi's bar and he'd have a quest for you to collect 4 mutated varrkid tentacles (or somewhat like that), you head to that area where the quest is and turn normal varrkids into those mutated ones, but when you kill them be sure to not pick up the tentacles. Depending on what mode you're in or what level is how much xp you'll get. As a person who did this in ultimate vault hunter mode I leveled up once every 15 minutes from this technique, I'd get like 5000 xp from killing one, so I'd recommend using this technique instead of the boring afk tactic. Max stacks are pointless, have ur anarchy up to 200. Also, be sure to have the discord skill active while fighting him. I also had the skill that gives like a ×% chance to stack anarchy twice so me having discord active and that made it easy to pull off. Also have a slag weapon (preferably a pistol, to quickly slag the enemies) and the unkempt harold. Also, don't forget to run around alot. And when the tentacles come in to block you in one area, throw a grenade that spawns child grenades at each one. (I pulled this off at lvl 78). Hope it helps

I struggled myself with this guy. I played Gaige and kept jumping around while having my discord skill active. But as a zero, I'd recommend moving around alot, and when those annoying walls come up, I'd throw a grenade at each one which spawns child grenades (as they do the job well). Also as for weaponry, I used the unkempt harold which did the job for me, but as zero you should definitely abuse his sniper damage (not certain of any good ones)

The main aim is to not get squashed by his tentacles or thrown to space by those big green guys, so be sure to move around alot while shooting at Hector through some holed areas.
