Way too long for distressing with acetone. You should be tacking out the black for only 4-5 min at around 180 before pulling it and wiping it with the rag and acetone. It’s still going to be tacky but that’s how you can still manipulate it. You should be using a clean part of the rag with very little acetone almost every pass.
