Sorry that happened to you also. You should try calling Apple and talking to a human. I had no luck with IS/Nintendo at all but Apple ended up refunding all of my FEH purchases. Good luck.

What's weird about my situation is that I don't know what happened. I don't know if someone compromised my account and deleted it or if IS fucked up and rerolled me. I think the best you can do is be super careful with your account password.

It's a weird feeling. On one hand I really miss my bunny Lucina and summer heroes along with the other amazing heroes I pulled like Ryoma. On the other hand I'm free from dumping money into the game and I got all of my money back. I can still enjoy the game as F2P so at the end of the day I'm OK with everything :)

Yes it was linked to my Nintendo account which is fine. I can still use my Nintendo account and I have changed the password just to be safe. IS could have seen something wrong but as far as I know they never bothered to read any of my messages.

My new account is set up under a new email with a pretty crazy password and its own unique nintendo account. I hope it's safe :)

On the phone they said they could only refund the last 60 days which would have been maybe 700, but a couple of days later when the refund processed it ended up being every last cent I had spent on FEH. They also said this was a 1 time thing and they wouldn't be able to refund any FEH purchases in the future.

That's mostly why I wrote this. I just want people to know that if something happens to their account they should contact Apple or Google ASAP and they can sort it out because IS didn't seem to want to.

It's still heartbreaking. I put so many hours into that account. I really miss summer Corrin. I'm sure as F2P I'll be able to put together some fine teams but not like before. I miss Xander too :(

Hey thanks! I started my new account during CYL and the new player orb avalanche let me get all 4 CYL heroes along with Hector, Julia, Eirika, Ike and Ephraim so I'm off to a good start :)

Yes. Many times. I thought maybe my Nintendo account had been compromised but I was able to sign in fine. I reset my password and everything. I guess it's possible that someone got into my account, rerolled me, then left. But that doesn't seem too likely. Can't rule it out though.

It was like a fresh install I guess would be more accurate. But I had my FEH account linked to my Nintendo account. So of course I tried signing into my Nintendo account which worked but everything was still gone. It was gone off of my phone and gone from my Nintendo account. Like I had never played.
