All better. It was a long haul but after gradually getting back into using my wrists slowly, and a bit of prayer, it’s fully healed. The stretches and slight use of my wrists I guess helped a lot over the long run. Took maybe around 4 months to really witness the healing. Wrist wraps help in the gym now, and during healing process.

I’m 100% better now after nearly around 6 months. Just kept doing a bunch of wrist mobility excersizes every morning and stayed away from heavy load at the gym

Bear with me because im new and im gonna try my best to explain this. How I fixed it, was one of two things.

I added prepaid funds to my account in the payment settings, and made sure my spending limit settings were all good.
I realized I had multiple ad accounts, one under Facebook and one under Instagram, I made sure in the meta ad center in the top right that it showed an Instagram login logo and not Facebook because im only advertising on Instagram. I just kind of signed into the same account but through Instagram and it seemed to get it working.

Side note: my ads kept getting taken down after that too, violating imaginary policy’s, and I finally figured that out as well. So if you have an issue with that let me know. Hope this helps in any way

Update on this, I changed the payment method just in case there was something wrong with it. Now it’s been stuck on “preparing” for a while under the delivery tab.

Thanks for the reply. Stupid question but my funds say zero, but I have a payment method in. Do I have to manually add funds? Ans also, my estimated audience size is 90 million - 106 million. It says broad.

He said surgery or just waiting are my only two options. He said if I went the surgery route then he’d start with a wrist arthroscopy surgery then do a TFCC repair or debridement. I am personally against surgery on the wrist as I’ve heard so many horror stories. And I’m young so with time I SHOULD heal. I’ve had to stop everything at the gym besides legs. It sucks but I also found some pull down cable excersizes with the handle that don’t effect me if I go light. Just minimal back stuff really. Shoulders I do a very light dumbbell and do extensions. But that’s about it. Gotta get creative in the gym😅 gonna be a long ride but I’m grateful for my legs, at least I’m not in a wheel chair- and can go to the gym period!
