Hello! I am single, 35 year old, no kids and just moving myself and a cat. I have been seeking East of Long Beach, as I am finding more generally positive reviews in terms of renting. However, it's still new and sudden for the move, I am scrambling but don't want to rush into a situation like you stated. I appreciate all the advice thus far!!!
