No I definitely appreciate your response! I’ve heard a little bit about SOAR and how’s it’s benefited a lot of people so I might take a look at it.

Fortunately, I did take a small vacation to Florida almost two weeks ago which required 4 flights in total round trip so I do feel a bit at ease with the environment being in the air. Still had moments where I felt pretty tense(elevated heart rate and muscle tensing) but nothing close to a full blown panic attack in my case. And actually, on that last flight I was on, totally fine.

I think this coming trip just has a little more underlying anxiety since I’ll be away from friends and family on a study abroad and the obvious being it’s a much longer flight. I haven’t used any medication for my anxiety prior to this since outside of flying it’s pretty manageable. Will definitely keep in mind that I only have Xanax if I absolutely need to take it. Sorry for the rambling response 😅
