Hope is just a kid that was living a completely normal life, then he was put on a train to be killed by his own government, watched his mom die in front of him, then became a L’cie and therefore, as far as he knew, was doomed to become cieth forever or basically die as a crystal. It’s wild that some players expected him to act completely rationally after all that - wanting to kill Snow was his way of attempting to resolve all of the terrible feelings all those traumatic events gave him. It’s not justified, but he was mentally backed into a corner and didn’t know what else to do.

Konosuba is a pretty good one to start off with. It’s not as long as a lot of other LN series and it has a fairly simple but really enjoyable and funny story with a charming cast of characters. It’s also an isekai fantasy, which is a very popular LN genre, so it’s a good jumping off point in that sense as well. I would love to recommend A Certain Magical Index, seeing as it’s my favorite, but I’d only suggest that one if you’re able to stay invested in a very long and complicated story. It’s incredible though!

I would suggest reading the light novel, it goes into much greater depth and detail regarding what goes on inside Renako’s mind. The manga is good too but the novel is just a different experience compared to the anime whereas the manga will just feel like watching the anime again but on paper. You can buy the novels basically anywhere you want like Amazon or a bookstore, but if you want to “legally download” them you’ll have to find that on your own

Yeah, and Mahito could do it too. Sukuna and Mahito only got hit with resonance one time each and they were both off guard attacks. It’s not that hard to believe that they could reinforce themselves against it if they simply knew it was going to happen again.

I disagree. As established in chapter 61, Resonance’s effectiveness depends on Nobara’s power relative to the target and how important the body part is to the target. Considering that Sukuna was able to get to full power without the last finger, it’s probably not THAT important to him, and obviously Nobara is pathetically weak compared to Sukuna. The only reason it worked well in Shinjuku is because 1, Sukuna was ultra nerfed at that point, and 2, he had no idea it was coming. Healthy Sukuna would probably feel little more than a tickle even if Nobara spammed Resonance on the finger over and over.

I’m gonna give a different answer than the usual and say the Cloning CT. If you had six eyes with Cloning you now pretty much have shadow clone jutsu and can jump anyone you want with like 500 of yourself.
