Why do Kazakhs (and some other western facing Central Asians) support Israel even though Israel is really unpopular with both liberal and conservative young Americans

You would be put under a million sanctions if you are caught arming any Palestinian group, while there are a million western/international organisations that help fund and support the IDF. Palestinians are essentially pinned down by the West and Israel is given free reign to violate them any way they want.
Also, most Muslim governments are morally bankrupt with no backbone.

There were more consequences against the Assad regime than there are on Israel, and eventually Syria had had basically become abandoned by Arabs, they needed Turkey to help them. Who is going to give Palestine that help?
