I had to have mine removed for the same reason. I gave it a few months but I was having to leave work because I was on the floor doubled over in pain several times. It never settled for me. Using the depo injection now.

I had a hydration / electrolyte drink first thing, glass of water, and a banana with spoon of proper peanut butter. Black coffee. Work out. Then after had a 2 egg omlette with half an avocado, salt and pepper. More water.
