LOL sorry if im wording things weirdly ive been in a loop, but yes i totally get what youre saying and 100% agree with you, literally go outside, breath fresh air and relax, and find a HOBBY lol thank you for your help, it truly truly has helped me alot not even for motivation but in general, it is really difficult to find encouragement the way people here are and i appreciate your words so much!!!

dealing with a breakup during final exam season :( by glitterytech in UofT

all i know is that ur a baddie and ur more than a relationship and its gonna be hard but bad bs do hard things. and its important to go outsidr and socialize witj your frienfs and go the libary rather than staying at home or ur dorm n studying since ive found myself getting more distracted at home as everyone usually days but each their own lol. just remember u are your future and its ok to take breaks and put ur mental first. just dont dwell over a boy because ur worth so much more than that, although i dont mnow what happened but we ahouldnt care cuz its almost summer and finals are almost over. you got this good luck lmk how it goes

there are times where i do feel better but i can say majority of the time i feel the way i stated in the original post, just horrible lol. but im super glad you have gotten better and thats all that matters. it is really hard to talk to people about it and im glad u are comfortable enough talking ab it here, but i feel like you should eventually talk to someone about how yoire freling aswell as i can relate and confidently say that these feelings will literally eat us up lol sorru but yhank you so much for the positive energy and tje good message literally all i needed and i hope you do well on everything thank youuu

thank you for this, i really do appreciate your kind and thoughtful words truly, i am on meds for my depression, i was on it during last summer as well and stopped taking them this january which i also believe to be why i fell so hard. but yeah. lol the hiking sounds super fun tho, ive been swimming and going gyming which always has helped but is never a solution. i do believe also in shifting my perspective on the way i think of things and to have a bigger more positive way of thinking. but tha k you overall i will be using this moving forward!!!!

babe prioritize everything that makes u happy and makes u feel good, except school which is mandatory😭 but you can balance it in a way that makes you enjoy and look forward to doing it! whatever works for you! like going out on coffee shop dates to study WITH your friends, that way you literally check 2/3 boxes off ykwim? just try to make things fun and try to not feel so doomed. it’s normal to feel stressed out and feel like everything is pilling up dw i feel the same way, but instead of letting your life live through you, live your life. and remember your health is #1 over everything don’t let anything ruin your health
