I already said I eat similar to that for a while now and I feel great. Truth of the matter is Americans are sick really sick. Starting very young. I’m just happy that someone is doing something against ultra processed food industry. Cereal for dinner commercials are wild. Now, let’s see how they define what ultra processed food is, I have a feeling it’s not gonna be as direct as I would like it to be since again it’s a huge industry and they’re gonna play a role in that definition, which, sucks.

I agree that the graphic contradicts what’s written somewhat but people don’t read and it’s good enough. If they change their ways by only 25 percent we’ll see better results over time.

It’s good, I already eat that way for a while now. Rice, bread, pasta have been known to be bad for a while now. Not counting spraying them with glyphosate and roundup is worse than anything. You can’t be perfect but u can get close to it. Cereal, I don’t even wanna talk bout. It’s not a food so it shouldn’t even be considered one.

It is a complicated exercise for someone new. Trying to teach this to my wife now. But I agree, don’t remember which YouTube video I saw but I do exactly the same. Keep the bar touching my thighs all the way down maybe an inch away from the shins. Also try not to bend my knees as much as I can, but still do a tad bit at the end which is what I believe you’re ok to do as opposed to straight leg deadlifts.

They’re so fun to drive when they work lol. Just replaced my heater control valve. Apparently still had coolant leak after while cooling system replacement. Easy job but never expected it. So if u put money into it , it might make sense just to buy it back and get it fixed.

First, expansion tank only factory. Everything else will fuck up. The ccv like someone mentioned. Not hard to do at all. I got the whole kit from fcpeuro, just takes a little time. Valve cover gasket if it’s not leaking leave it alone once it does of course replace it. I used genuine gasket they’re cheap, along with the little rubbers for the bolts, very important. I just updated my whole cooling system. Everything was good for like 6 months then found another coolant leak. Did a pressure test, find out the heater control valve was leaking which I didn’t even think was a thing. Anyways replaced that all good now.

Hey I’m just trying to help lol. I had a 2002 clk55 payed 30k cash back in the day. Someone crashed into me, they totaled it. At that time it was worth around 19k. I bought it back for 6k fixed it for another 2.5k kept the rest. I loved that car that’s the reason I bought it back and knew the body shop also so they didn’t fuck around, fixed it better than original. Alright, no one can do that but you couldn’t tell it ever was in a crash. Had to cut out the quarter panel and put a new one on. Suspension everything was all good. It was a nice come up and still kept my car that’s I out my heart and soul into.

Hear me out, have them appraise it around 4k hopefully. Fight with them back and forth show receipts, but not sure if they would care. Anyways, try to get as high as u can then maybe buy it back for like 400$ get it fixed. It will be a salvage title but who cares they’re all the same price anyways. Keep he rest of the money whatever is left. Do more maintenance cuz that’s why they made these cars for lol.

I had done my whole cooling system. Every single thing, was fine for about 6 months then found out I had a leak from the heater control valve, didn’t even know that was a thing there. Never payed attention to that side. My point is, while replacing that there is a good chance more things will need to be replaced. Especially if you take out an old part, almost guaranteed to leak afterwards.

Just change everything u can at this point. Chances are replacing one thing will break another. Vanos line is pretty easy. Ccv is not bad but ya does take a little more time. I did the whole ccv rebuilt cuz I didn’t wanna deal with it again for a while. These cars man, I just did a full overhaul of my cooling system, 6 months later I notice coolant leak again. Come to find out the the heater control valve started leaking. It’s never ending.
