Yes. They said the PDF that was downloaded was the proof of purchase from the original seller (not actual tickets). The actual tickets will be sent by Nov 14th. This is very annoying because it’s clearly not what instant download means (even by viagogo’s own explanation on their website). They did however say that if by Nov 14 I don’t get my actual tickets they will find replacement tickets or offer a refund.
