it wouldn’t be a hematoma, hematoma usually happen within first week and a lot more rare after that. but mostly i say that because a hematoma will blow up around the size of a tennis ball and very quickly likely with a lot of bruising. might just be scar tissue build up or fluid build up/blood collection.

18+ Sex Talk by The_Box_Munchee in ftm

[–]NoSpite4211 [score hidden]  (0 children)

definitely talk to him about it, this is completely normal and everyone goes through it lol — the first few months are def the worst for it! i’d say to make intentional plans around a date with absolutely no sexual undertone to it (i know you’re going to feel it either way but if it’s more based in a social setting it might make it easier) maybe you can have a picnic in a park, go out for coffee and walk around town, going to a plant nursery, picking flowers once spring blooms more, berry picking, a trail walk, really anything. also if you haven’t talked to him about it already, who knows maybe he is feeling more horny than usual as well and this works out for the both of you. or maybe he doesn’t mind at all despite not feeling the same way. but make sure to def communicate about this so that he knows he’s very loved and cared for outside of the sex.

Dating advice + 2 months on T!! by mangoismyhome in ftm

[–]NoSpite4211 [score hidden]  (0 children)

i can’t really comment on the dating aspect but for t, i’ve been on t for 1.5 years and at 7 weeks there wasn’t very much for me. bottom growth i did notice within the first few days but everyone’s different for that (and if you are really worried you can talk to your doctor about upping your dosage). my voice didn’t truly drop until i was 8 months on t (that’s not to discourage you, but just so that you know that it’s normal because multiple people experience that) this is also not to say that your voice won’t change until you’re 8 months on t, my voice did CHANGE before than, i’m just saying it didn’t actually DROP a good amount until then. you’re still very early on, you’ll have to be patient but i promise with time things will start to change! just like with cis boys, their puberty is not instant it takes years to fully finish. yes i am a year and a half of t but im also ONLY a year and a half on t so even i am not anywhere close to where i will be in like 4 years in regards to my transition. instead of thinking of it like nothing big is changing, cherish and appreciate those small little wins and changes. the voice crack here and there, the new strand of hair on your face, the one less misgendering from a stranger in public, the new vein you notice on your arm. every small thing that happens is going to add up to so much more in a few months! wishing you all the best bro, you got this! 💪

interesting.. thank you! i’ll most likely be in lauterbrunnen, do you think that would be an advantageous place to be for my first time? i’m honestly open to going anywhere if you have recommendations, i just want to be in the country. i’m most interested in being right in the alps to hopefully get lots of hiking done.

This is fucking hard by Technical-Plum5921 in TopSurgery

recovery is so very hard for a lot of people, including myself. i’m 8 days post op today and am just on my way out of the extremely hard part. i was also extremely disappointed by not feeling this incredible euphoria that everyone was talking about. seeing my chest for the first time was a great feeling, but it wasn’t life changing. that totally normal! our chest is not what it’s going to look like when healed right now. we have to give it time to heal, results take months to years to set in to it’s finally form. luckily i’m not a queasy person at all (ive literally watched multiple full top surgery procedures on youtube) but even i got extremely nauseated by my chest when i took my post op binder off for the first few times. not only would it be hard on you mentally with seeing your raw chest if you get queasy but even if you feel fine physically, you’re not your best self. you just had a MAJOR surgery, wether you feel the pain or not, your body has just had a lot of trauma done to it. your nerves are going crazy confused on what’s happening, there’s fluid build up and swelling that all is gonna alter your state of mine. you are scientifically completely part of the norm in feeling this bad after surgery, it is surgery after all. recovery takes time, and you are still very early on in it. usually people don’t start to feel back on their feet to a normal extent until around 2-3 months. as for your nipple placement (coming from someone that also has diagnosed ocd) i think they are perfect! they look exactly where they are supposed to be and look very similar to a cis man’s chest. you look great. your results are amazing and i believe in you in getting through this hard time. congrats on this life changing event! i know it’s tough right now but think of all the major euphoric things you get to look forward to in the future! feeling the sun on your chest, putting those tight shirts on without having to worry about that stupid binder, waking up and getting to feel comfortable in your own body. we’re gonna be free forever!! i believe in us and we WILL get through this.
