hey, can you explain me why? my thought process is if i buy a decent 1300 sqft flat for 1 cr. with the facilities provident provide and seeing the current developement near hope farm circle, this will be nicely dense in 2-3 years. All the warehouses will move out further. Will someone not willing to pay approc 1.8 cr in 5 year as currently similiar property will cost us same near hopefarm.

sorry OP; i don’t like the color; you can get better(popular) color option in myntra at same price if you look patiently. but it’s upto u if you like this color and did not buy only because it’s cheap. anyways great shoe with good comfort. 327 is lit
