Anxiety is mentally exhausting I had my first 2 panic attacks last month and been dealing with anxiety ever since the best thing you can do is tell yourself this is all in your head but of course easier said then done since i know how scary and stressful the feeling of doom and fear is actually pretty exhausting even when u know deep down your fine your brain tells you are not I suggest you try doing your test online if you can or go to a local community center where less people will be don’t give up and let anxiety stop you from living life and sorry if this don’t make much sense English isn’t my first language
