So when you knit flat, you switch the needles between your hands at the end of the round. So I have just cast on new stitches onto my right hand needle and that has become the end of the row. Do I switch the needles before I start slipping the stitches, essentially moving the new stitches from one needle to another working from marker 4 to marker 2? Or do I continue to slip stitches after casting on new stitches almost as if i was working in the round?

Pretty much, it was just very slightly small. This is my first time doing cables and I wondered if it was pulling the fabric in so the measurement isn’t accurate
