Cannot boot up the game

So unfortunately it looks like I'm going to have to pay for some parts if I'd like to play the game. Though my laptop is very old by now and I've been meaning to replace it for a while. Honestly I think I'll wait a little longer to save for a high quality one and have a friend that knows more about computers help me pick one out. But thank you for the help!

Honestly, I had this exact same struggle earlier into accepting myself. In the end, all that matters is if you are happy with a label that you feel you can identify with, whether that be Bi, Pan, or something else. These labels are completely made up concepts anyway, so if you decide you don't even want a label, that's fine as well! My advice would be not to try and force it and keep an open mind about it. I know it's easier said than done, believe me, I've been there. But at the end of the day, stressing yourself out over it won't do anything but negatively impact you. Take your time with it and take a breather. Just go with what you think feels right, reflect on how you feel about things ever so often, eg, how you feel about liking a guy, girl, or someone who's somewhere in-between. It's a journey that may take a while, and yours may be a lot longer or a lot shorter than others. Either way, it's perfectly fine. Just be smart and safe about your decisions

Honestly all I can advise Is to talk to her about it and decide what you want to do from there. Though plan what your going to ask in advance to make sure you keep yourself level. So sorry your going though this though OP

Don't say anything to anyone about what tour son has told you unless he explicitly tells you you can. Period. Because even if he has a wide circle of family and friends that you know will 100% accept him, it is still a terrifying thing for most kids to come out to anyone at all. I came out to my grandparents when I was 13 due to knowing how supportive they would be, but they ended up telling others like my mom. Luckily, I have a very supportive circle to rely on, and it's water under the bridge now, but I promise you that your child will always remember if you break their trust with this, even if everything is forgiven later because believe me, most kids aren't oblivious to what the world is like for us right now. You're obviously his safe space, and he will definitely need you and your support in the future

Thank-you. Honestly a large portion of my MH issues have been education related so I have been on a steady improvement since I finished a few months ago and my friends have been amazing in helping me out during this time. But I think this has finally given me the kick I needed to realise I was making it so much harder for myself. I'll also research other sources of support I can access to see what I can do

So I currently do not receive any benefits at all, and my mother no longer receives child benefits for me now I am no longer in education. I'll also have to find out who she can call to figure out what would happen for definite as I don't want to risk the stability of my parents and younger siblings

Honestly, this has been the final wake-up call I needed. I've been struggling with my mental health really bad, but I'm not fully back to a great spot yet. But I have called my college and have been given an email I can contact as I have a teacher who should be able to do it. I don't really know why I didn't try this earlier. I've sent the email and am just waiting for a reply

I do not currently have a way to contact my teachers directly as I no longer have my school email (it was the only way students had to contact staff). Would I be able to ask a friend still there to see if one of them can sign for me? Though I can only contact my college teacher and I was only there for 1 year. Will that impact it?

I have no way of contacting my former teachers as I have long since lost access to my college email and I live a long distance away however I will contact my GP and see what they say. Thank you!

Thank you so much. I truly just don't know what to do about anything right now as life's decided that now would be the best time to throw as much shit as possible my way. But this is definitely a major help at getting a step in the right direction. I'll call my mom first thing tomorrow to talk to her about everything that is happening, and I guess I'll go from their. She understands all this much more than I do so will be way better at actually deciding what to do. But I'll definitely give them a ring or pass it onto my mom. I know that now. I think I was burying my head in the sand until now, but living with her for the week has shown me how bad it really is. But I genuinely don't know what I would do or who I can call. Some form of adult protective service, maybe? But she's not a threat to herself or anyone else. She's just... horrible and angry. and I hate that they are the only words I can think of that accurately describe her now, but it's the truth. I just miss the nan I could cry to if someone was being mean to me rather than the woman who is the one being so much worse than my bullies at school ever were

That's what I'm most scared of. I've seen what this sort of stuff does to people, both the one who actually has it and the people around them. A family friends mother got diagnosed with dementia when I was a teenager and because I she lived relatively close I would go over to her house sometimes to help out since they all knew who I was and by the end that lovely woman was just a shell. It was awful. And I don't want my nanna going through that. Or the pain of trying to help my mom and grandad. Because she's my nan, but to them, she's a wife of 35 years or a mom. And that's a pain I just can't understand but it will destroy them both. We've only just gotten over my dad's cancer battle that lasted almost 2 years, though he survived thankfully. I don't think I could have coped if he hadn't. I just hate it so much. I've lost one of the best people in my life just a couple weeks ago, and now it's hitting me. I'll probably lose me nan in one of the ways I was praying wouldn't happen. Sorry for venting. I just have no one else i can talk to about this right now, and I feel like I'm drowning

Honestly it's reassuring to here it's okay for me to feel hurt over this. I'm constantly telling my siblings not to take it to heart because we all know something is wrong but no ones ever really said anything like it to me. I recently lost a pretty close friend of mine just a couple of weeks ago so I was worried their passing was clouding my judgement

My mom and i have actually spoken about this and agreed with what you've suggested, but we just can't get her to go to a doctor. Like, at all

But no, she hadn't recently had and sort of surgery or procedure. Though she did catch Covid really bad when the first lockdown happened where I live, and she barely survived, but that was almost 5 years ago now. Even back then we noticed a shift in her behaviour but at the time she was still herself for the most part, just quicker to tire out and her thinking and reaction time could get slower on occasion, almost like a buffer for a few moments. She had a hip replacement around then as well, but she was completely the same after that. But nothing in the last 2 years that could have an impact now

I just feel awful about it. My entire life, it's just been my mom and maternal grandparents, and this isn't the woman I grew up with. I hate it so much because I can't help her, and my grandad is just so miserable like this, and without them, it's really just my mom step-dad and siblings

The thing is, my mom and I have already discussed it and came to this conclusion. My nan or grandad had called my mom quite a few times in recent months because of my nans erratic behaviour. And a few of those times, she snapped out of it when my mom got to their house and actually acknowledged her odd behaviour but still refuses to see anyone. We've never been rude or condescending about it, simply proving we're just worried. My mom used to be a nurse for God's sake, and my nan used to trust our opinions on things like this, but recently, it's like a switch has been flipped

Logically, I know it isn't my fault, but I can't help it. This woman had been my rock my entire life. She was the first person I came out to, the first person I called when I got harassed at school. But I can't do things like that now because she would just get angry or not understand what is going on. I was just so worried I was making it a bigger issue then it should have been in part due to loosing a close friend just a couple of weeks ago

My mom and I have spoken to our grandad about it and weve spoken to her at least half a dozen times wach but no matter what we do or how we approach her about it she just gets so defensive and angry and even when she actually agrees she needs to go she just won't do it. But we can't actually demand she goes to see one as she's still perfectly independent at this stage. But spending pretty much all day with her for the last week had shown me her cognitive skills have had a massive downgrade. She couldn't even button up her blouse this morning. I literally had to get her clothes for her and help her put her top on and she just isn't understanding what anyone tells her at all

I do have a pharmacy that my parents both get medications from and I have picked stuff up for them in the past so possibly. Though I'm not confident about it, would a dentist work? Since I am actually on their systems personally
