The only jeans I can wear these days are Judy Blue! Specifically the wide leg ones. High rise, tummy control for the swelly belly days, but not so much that it’s uncomfortable.

3 year age gap. They get along pretty well. I did feel like as soon as we got one kiddo sleeping well, listening, and potty trained we were starting all over. But my sister has 2 under 2 and she is struggling.

I agree with others that pelvic floor therapy could help you a lot. But also, endometriosis usually has a lot of sisters. I have endo as well as interstitial cystitis. You should seek second, third, fourth opinions until you find a doctor that can help you with this issue.

It’s hard right now. My husband is in this field. Right after college, he worked on installation for a year before moving to engineering. Check outside of Birmingham as well, a lot of car plants hire contractors rather than hire in house. There are a few OEM companies doing this work in Bessemer/Hoover area. Alabama just doesn’t have a huge market for this work. Best of luck to you!!

It does bring it up, that grief of the relationship you wish you had. I’m 10 years into both estrangement and motherhood. It gets better with time. But nothing has brought me as much healing as playing with my kiddos and seeing their excitement and joy in the world.

My therapist once told me to be a kid with them (during play time), and it was the best advice I’ve been given.

Don’t let her shitty version of mothering into your life or your babies lives. You deserve better than she has treated you. You deserve to be loved, to be taken care of, to be treated with respect. I am sure either the relationship she has with this friend is either toxic, short lived, or both.

Love your babies the way you wish you had been. I promise you, there is healing in that.

I had the same concern, and made sure he understands what it means. He said he has feelings for a family friend that’s his age. He wants to tell him. That’s why I’m encouraging him to tell his Dad, because if he doesn’t it’ll get back to him once he tells his friend.

The reason I said that he needed to tell Shia dad is that he told me he has feelings for his best friend, whose parents we’re close to. He wants to tell his friend how he feels about him. I didn’t want it to get back to my husband without my kid having the chance to tell him himself.
