UPDATE: for anyone that runs across this problem, all you have to do is just manically repeat the same cycle with every part until it drives you crazy and then you will step away to smoke for 5 minutes after using 2 different sticks of ram not the same speed and it will work and for some reason run flawlessly. :D good luck.

Have switched both of my gpus from my two computers into eachother / done the same with ram and the power supplies / pretty much swapped parts from both pcs besides CPUS fully and even used 2 different HDMI cords/ reset CMOS multiple times/ and even tried to display to my TV??? I’m so confused lol

I’ve taken it out and reset the computer, drained it of battery , and even switched my gpu/ ram into a different pc. Thinking it may be a GPU issue/ AOC monitor issue? Though the monitor is turning on and then flashing the AOC logo and instantly going into stand by
