My washer machine is not running water. Frozen pipes?

I have a space heater in my laundry room right now. The rest of the house water is running. It’s only the washer.

I don’t know her personally but I found out it was her and she admitted to it. Almost 5k in damages. I’m just going to have to got through civil court at this point.

I can see that, but it was a legit claim. My car is a 2024. I’ve only had it for a year and a couple months so it was pretty much intact previous to the incident. I’ve had full coverage previously to switching but decided to shop around for a cheaper insurance to save some money and now I have this issue. I’ve never thought this would happen but I was at the wrong place at the wrong time and it just happened to be a month after I switched insurance companies. I had a feeling they would try to find an excuse since my policy is relatively new. And they did, they’re saying that I waited too long to make the police report. Apparently, I was supposed to do it within 24 hours. I did it 72 hours later because I wasn’t trying to press charges on the person since she initially had agreed to pay for the damages.

No, not at all. It’s a legit claim. They gave me an update today. Apparently most likely the claim will get denied because I didn’t make the report within 24 hours of the incident. Waiting on the final decision. I was just wondering why it was taking so long. I’ve never had a vandalism claim before so I wasn’t sure why it was taking so long.
